well for one, book far in advance (at least 3 weeks), every week that you wait the price will go up. also, try to fly out (and return) on a tuesday, wednesday or thursday. flights are cheaper in the middle of the week. i would also get on a couple of these travel websites for air fair: http://www.cheaptickets.com http://www.travelocity.com http://www.expedia.com http://www.orbitz.com http://www.priceline.com once you have gotten an average (cheaptickets is usually the cheapest), i would go to priceline.com. as long as you're requesting a roundtrip flight you can name your own price. say that the average cost for a ticket is $150, you can get on priceline (under the "name your own price") and type in that you want the ticket for $100. now, the only catch is that if they give you the ticket for the price that you ask, you HAVE to buy it. however, you have the opportunity to save big $$$. for anything else though, cheaptickets.com is my favorite.

I'm flying to Connecticut this weekend, out of BWI.

The flight between BWI and Hartford (BDL) is 1 hour 5 minutes. The only airline that operates this route is Southwest and they have nine daily flights from Baltimore to Hartford.

about a hour and a half. i am also flying out of BWI to DFW!!!!!

"AA Pilot" is not a pilot for American Airlines as he claims. He is a kid in boy scouts.
