2.5 to 3 hours. Southwest (www.southwest.com) offers at least one non-stop daily between Baltimore and New Orleans. I'm not aware of any other carrier that does it. I fly them to BWI for Baltimore and DC. Just make sure you check in online exactly 24 hours in advance to get a good boarding number.
